We are looking for a technically minded, enthusiastic individual eager to learn and grow in the field of industrial automation and service support.
Basic Requirements:
- Formal Tertiary education:
- Grade 12 in a technical school
- Qualified Millwright Trade
- Experience:
- A strong interest or background in either mechanical or electrical systems – (both will be considered)
- Strong computer literacy required
- Languages:
- English – Read, write and speak (required)
- Afrikaans – Read, write and speak (optional)
- Drivers Licence: Code 8- (required)
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to work overtime
- Must be willing to perform standby duties once trained
- Must reside in the Pretoria
- Must have own transport
Job Objectives:
- Maintain and support customer production equipment to ensure optimal uptime
- Deliver professional, high-quality technical support
- Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Attend to breakdowns promptly, minimizing downtime
- Conduct preventative maintenance as per OEM guidelines
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Perform services in a presentable and professional manner
- Assist with internal and external maintenance activities
- Provide detailed feedback to suppliers on equipment issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company’s image on site
- Contribute to improving customer operations.
